All the products listed on the website will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Prices of products and services may change at our discretion.

7. Order processing

You will be informed by email regarding your confirmed order. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please first check your email spam filter, then call customer service on 08380016119. On shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order under ”My Account” section of website.

8. Delivery

Estimated time of delivery is generally 5/7 days; however it may vary according to your destination. For orders above Rs. 500/- shipping is free. For orders below Rs. 500 the shipping charges vary as per your destination & order quantity. We will make our best efforts to deliver the products on time. However delays due to events like riots, bandhs, natural calamities are out of our control and may affect the delivery schedules. Any issues arising at the couriers end are also out of our control. However, we will try our best to ensure delivery of products as per schedule.

9. Cancellation

Order can be canceled before it is shipped from the warehouse. To know the status of your order, please call our customer care at 08380016119 (Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, excluding National Holidays) before canceling order on website.

10. Returns

Returns are acceptable in following case.
Any defect or damages can be referred to the customer care cell at 08380016119 or can be emailed to us at dynamicremediespune@gmail.com. The customer’s complaints will be addressed as soon as possible. The customer may return the product within 7 days’ of receipt in case of any defect by intimating us on phone /or email.
Returns are not possible in the following cases:

• Used products
• Return request is made beyond the time specified herein.
• Products with tampered or missing labels.

11. Refunds

The customer can claim a refund only under the following circumstances:

• Failure of delivery of the products within fifteen business days after dispatch due to failure of the logistics service.
• In case of goods returned due to manufacturing defects as mentioned above.
• Order cancelation (as mentioned above)

The terms and conditions laid out herein are perpetual. We may at any time modify these terms & conditions without any prior notification to you.
