OUR Manufacturing Plant
We have Two manufacturing facilities located in Satara, around 120 km from Pune in Maharashtra. Both plants have been approved by Foods & Drug Administration (FDA) Maharashtra and are GMP compliant. We have sufficient spare capacities for all the sections and we also undertake contract manufacturing.
QUALITY
Well-equipped Quality Control
Ensuring good quality is an integral component of medicine manufacture.
Ayurvedic medicines produced at the two units of Dynamic Remedies go through quality checks at the Quality Assurance Department keeping in-house standards for all the medicines. Finished products are ascertained by the Quality control department.
STORAGE
Separate Stores
The storage and handling of raw Ayurvedic Herbal drugs can be improved by emphasizing on good storage.
At Dynamic Remedies we have separate stores for raw materials, packing materials and finished goods.
DEPARTMENTS
Experienced and dedicated work force
All the departments have experienced staff to carry out regular analytical tests to ensure the quality of raw materials as well as that of finished products.
Every Section of two units is managed by qualified and trained staff under the overall control of a Production Manager.
